In my (limited) understanding, JIT is not a type of help. It is a
programming concept, and it is specific to Java. Java programs can be
compiled with a JIT compiler at runtime, the intended outcome being that
they run faster. Typically, we see JIT compilation being done within a
browser. For enabling JIT (for help or any other component), refer to the
documentation for the programming software, e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio
(the VisualJ part of it).
