Subject:Negative line spacing in FrameMaker possible? From:Pspubs -at- aol -dot- com To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Thu, 17 Feb 2005 22:35:08 EST
Hello all you bright people,
I'm trying to figure out, in FrameMaker, how to create table text that will
automatically have a shaded background, no matter in which row it appears. I
think I can do it through a paragraph format, if I can figure out how to make
the line spacing be negative, so that the text runs into an overline or
underline. But FrameMaker doesn't seem to like negative line spacing values.
Does anyone know how to do this, or know of any plug-in tools that can add to
FrameMaker's rather limited desktop publishing ability? Or, does anyone have
any other bright ideas for how to accomplish what I'm trying to do?
Thank you! If you can figure this out I will remember you forever.
