SOMETIMES all you need to know is what the product does and some minimal
structuring. One job I did (for the Navy) entailed creating a User
manual that was simply a list of functions/features. We were told that
we couldn't tell them HOW to use it (as we didn't know how they'd be
using it!), all we had to do was simply tell them what it could be used
for.
