I guess that's another way of stating it. My point was that there was
no distinction being made between "PDF" and "online help"... Each
could be implemented in a number of ways, and both in a good way and a
bad way for each way. Likewise, cost cold be high or low for both PDF
and online help.
Clarification is key.
