I've got a slight (irritating!) problem with FM7. I've had some problems
before with chap numbering when we moved from 6-7 but this is just the
page numbering - chapters sorted!
When I edited a book (deletions mainly) it meant that some pages
disappeared altogether and that's what seems to be the origins of the
problem. Page numbering for C1 is set to start at 1. All other chapters
are set to continue from previous - set in both the individual chaps and
in the book.
In the book window, when you click on a file it gives the page nos at
the bottom of the window and the problem I have is it doesn't seem to
recognize the fact that I've deleted pages.
Chap 3 was pg 11-28 but, with deleted text it's now 11-26 but still
showing as 11-28 in the book window. Now I know I can cheat and set Chap
4 to start at 27 but it rather defeats the object of 'continue from
previous' - any idea what I'm missing?
