In my other post I asked about books. Specifically, right now, I'm looking for RoboHelp X5 books. I know all the basics about creating topics, creating links to other topics, etc. What I'm trying to do now is a little more complicated. Until I can find a reference and/or get some real Advanced Training, could someone help me out here?

I have several different help projects for several different products. Many of them have topics I'd like to reuse in others. The problem I'm finding is that I don't know how to get RoboHelp to automatically find and add these topics to each project. For example, if I have a copyright topic, I put it in a directory on my server. I link to that topic from each project. When I generate the help (WebHelp) and then run it, if I click on the Copyright hyperlink, it attempts to go to my server to find that topic. However, in the end, this is going to be on the customer's system. They're not going to have a link to my server. What I need is a way for RoboHelp to automatically "import" that topic into the current project.

Am I making ANY sense here at all?
Am I asking for the impossible?
Or is it simple and I'm just dense?

Please help.

Erica
