What's wrong with discrimination? I thought the entire _purpose_ of conducting interviews was to discriminate--to rank candidates according to their suitability for the job. If you're not going to discriminate among candidates, why not just hire the first person who shows up? Yes, a test is discriminatory; and bully for that!
