There are lots of wiki applications (server-based, natch), written in
Perl, Python, Ruby, pHp, you name it. You just need a host that can run
the one you decide to use -- that's really the big, first decision.

That said, my pals at TextDrive.com might be very helpful. It's an
oddball, geeky/literate place, very handshake, very communitarian. Some
important open-source people are there. Shell access if they know you.
