Gordon & Gordon used to have what looked like a useful offline (where
you get all the stuff and complete the course on your own) course on
documenting APIs and SDKs. Maybe they sell a comprehensive version of
their courses, but maybe they still offer individual parts.

NOTE: I have no connection to them.
