I bought a Shuffle recently and spent about 20 minutes
looking for the 11 character serial number. Finally
found it on the case for the software, but until I did
I thought i was going blind. even with the cheapy
readers I couldn't see a serial number on the device
itself. heck, it's a shuffle. the damn thing is
smaller than your finger.

But John brings up a very valid point. The company I
work for is comprised of mostly younger people, I
think the average age is mid-20s, so at 50 plus, i'm
older than most of their parents. I produce our
print-only documentation in 10 point, online docs in
12 point, and review copies for ME in 12 point. I
just can't work my eyes that hard anymore. Oh, and
almost everything we do, including our marketing
materials, is sans serif.

Anyone have any statistics on what's best for each
media?

cheers!
jan
