One of our developers has asked if there is any way we can allow him to
mark up the .chm files we send him for review?

I cannot think of a method of allowing this, but perhaps someone here
knows different?


You could right-click on the topic window, select View Source, edit the HTML, do SaveAs...(topicname-edit.htm) to create a file that the developer could use for a ready-reference. Or experiment with a markup tool like iMarkup Client at http://www.imarkup.com/products/ .
