Okay, what is the difference between earning $ X per year and $ Y per
hour, and ($Y x 40) x 52 is equal ?
I don't get it. I have been working for an hourly wage, I get ovetime
pay and I even get shift differential pay depending on when I come in
or when I leave.
So why on Earth would I want to salary like others where I work that
do not get overtime or shift differential?
