3. "Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 Hands-On Training (Hands on
Training (H.O.T))" by Green (~$45)
4. "Macromedia Dreamweaver MX Unleashed" by Pizzi, Rulvacaba,
Holden, and Meyer (~$50)
The first two are low-level with graphics that orient you with
the program. The third presents some "best of practice." The last one is a
reference of EVERYTHING DREAMWEAVER.
