My apologies for the two hyperlinks that snuck theri way into my post,
have no idea how that happened.

Being Friday (Well, today is my Friday this week!), I also wanted to
point out that I was not really posting a suggestion to Bridget's
post, just kinda thowing out my set-up in the event that something
might be useful.

My doc is more geared towards techs in an operations center, but the
overall concept for doing the manual in the first place was to create
an ISO-9001ish document.
