One of these might work:

Greyed out: inactive
Colored in: highlighted
Clickable: active

or

Greyed out: disabled
Colored in: highlighted
Clickable: enabled

or

Greyed out: unavailable
Colored in: highlighted
Clickable: available

or

Greyed out: off
Colored in: highlighted
Clickable: on
