You have a point John and one that I was not thinking of....there is no need to forgo vacation to invest in personal development. Just take a few days off (with or without pay) for that purpose. However, I do stand by my belief that you should limit (if you can) your work week to 40 hours and keep those weekends free for the family. In the meantime...there's a cold Corona waiting for me....
