On the plus side, the Robo-upgrade cycle is over, so your TCO will
start to flatten out. Current versions of RoboHelp will continue to
work as long as you can run a version of Windows that supports it.
Not necessarily. WebHelp and FlashHelp both rely on a browser to display content for users. It's certainly possible that upcoming changes to browsers will break one or both of these output formats.
