Thanks for the hint. I know about PHP, but that's a real server-side
preprocessor for web pages.
I've sent another message that explains more of what I'm looking for. I
really don't want a preprocessor, want I want is more like a converter
that will do includes and conditional processing and generate a new
static HTML file.

That's exactly why I began using PHP, its flexibility with includes
(employing 'require' and 'require once'). It was from there that I
branched into using it for many other things. However, I am not sure
what the Ant filter that you mention is, so maybe this is not the best
app for you.
