In the course of a large documentation project, I have had to convert some
existing WinHelp files to HTML Help.
I have noticed a peculiarity with the finished .chm file. An entry entitled
'untitled' appears in the Search tab as one of the results of a search on
text. Selecting this entry displays the table of contents file in the topic
pane. I can't trace how this has come about.
Has anyone come across this behaviour before?
