Further to Geoff's remarks... putting the context up front is
also a good way to save time and frustration for the reader who
would otherwise often need to read a whole sentence about what
doesn't need to be done and who, in the worst case, might even
do it. ("Send your page to the printer. Lift up the printer's
top cover and remove the toner cartridge if the paper has jammed.")
