I have been researching HATTs, also. I started with RoboHELP (because I've used it
for 8 years), looked at ComponentOne's Doc-to-Help Enterprise 2005, WebWorks e
Publisher Pro, Oracle's OHW (free), AuthorIT, Help & Manual, HTML Help Toolkit (as
a free alternative), and researched MadCap Software. I returned to RoboHELP
because of its flexibility and complete solution capabilities. I expect that
technical assistance will not be a priority for this product, but I don't really
need it.
