Way cool. I just assumed the only way was to output them individually from Word, then concatenate in Acro.

It seems the function is only available from the Tasks toolbar, which I did not have in my view. I should have RTFM'd or read the "What's New" section in the release notes ... Thanks Jens. It even built a decent ToC.
