The standard term for a computer that performs a service is "server", and since this one provides a service related to printers, "print server" seems the most likely term. However, that term usually means a computer that accepts print jobs and spools them out to available printers. If it's not doing that, then perhaps "Printer monitor"? The key to choosing a good name is to identify the role that you're trying to name.
