Damien,

This is great stuff. Do you know how much of this applies to or is used
by the industry in the US? I should clarify that I work in
telephony/voice recognition applications, so networking, advanced
telecom, and wireless is not as important. I want the terminology that
customer service organizations use.

I appreciate all the work you did to get this together. Tech writing is
truly a worldwide profession!

use/interest. Mix of general and tech comm standards plus info on where
you can get them. Bit British/European orientated but may still be
useful.
