I like Joann Hackos' "Managing your Documentation Projects".

You might laugh at hearing this, but the "Complete Idiot's Guide to
Technical Writing" was quite good when I was a newbie. And I'm sure if I
picked it up today, I'd find plenty of useful reminders.
