My background isn't in IT documentation (I've done it in the past,
mostly for my own dept's systems), so I'm not expecting to get any
calls from NOLA, but I hope your right, for the sake of those who
do that kind of writing.

If only 1% of the companies who did have a file drawer of vendor

This doesn't include the companies that actually do it right and now
