I'm trying to print my RoboHelp project via Single Source Layouts >
Printed Documentation. When I click Printed Documentation, I receive an
error message stating "A supported version of Microsoft Word does not
exist. Please install Microsoft Word 2000 or XP. I checked my version
of Word & it shows Word 2003. I received my new laptop 2 months ago &
was able to do printed documentation with the old PC, however it had the
older version of RoboHelp on it. I installed RoboHelp HTML X5 on my new
laptop after Office was installed on it. Has anyone run into this same
issue? I can publish my files, but I can generate printed
documentation. I'd appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thanks.
