Basically, you pay thousands of dollars for the product, they don't want
to talk to you unless you have the need for mulitple seats past 50, they
also used to charge for each module.

In other words, for the $500 USD, charge for a new licence in FM you get
what Quicksilver will provide you for $2000 to 3000 USD for each seat.
Admittedly Quicksilver is fully SGML and XML compliant. It is just NOT
cost effective. You might as well look at ArborText. They have a competing
product.
