I have two other businesses, besides my tech writing, and I
find the PDA and cell phone indispensible.
I make fairly heavy use of my cell/pda, but hardly any of it for
work. Mostly, I use it to keep track of everything else in my
life (birthdays, anniversaries, dinner engagements, shopping lists, etc.).that I often forget about because of the work
