Hi.

As I wrote before, my company is closed and I will be unemployed from April on, available for
employment from February on.

A colleague of mine has suggested looking for work in Dubai or Australia since they're looking for
qualified workers.
Working abroad has some appeal for me: new experiences, perfecting my English, perhaps even making
a bit more money than now.

Has anyone on this list experience with working in these countries and looking for work? Or other
suggestions where to look for work? Only limit are my language skills (English and German).

(I hope this is not against the list policy...)

Perhaps this data can help you in making suggestions: I'm a native German, quite fluent in English
and have some experience in documentation, marketing communication, layout, graphic editing and
translation English-German. Additionally, I've got a bit of experience as a trainer/ teacher/
director in amateur theatre.
Main interests now are public relations, marketing, translation and training, but I would of
course also go with plain documentation.
Weaknesses are web design, online help, XML, databases.

Any hints, experiences and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jens
