Unfortunately, one of the biggest reasons that
analysis efforts fail - and they so often do - is
because the analysts have to work under managers who's
true orientation is design.  Essential analysis
concepts like postponing consideration of detail until
 the appropriate time (please note that I say postpone
- not forget about) are most often totally foreign to
the design types.
