Hi,

In my opinion:

Accurate means technically correct and current information. By current
information I mean, there may be enhancements that made other features
obsolete, so the obsolete information needs to be removed.

As far as the comments about complete documentation and sufficient
depth, I believe this depends on the purpose of the book. For example,
I've been receiving messages that our documentation doesn't cover xyz;
however, the books cover their scope. So, I've started a communication
with system engineers, customer support reps and product management to
determine if we need to change the scope of the books or offer
additional books. For this issue, you need the input from the groups
that deal with your competition and your customers.

Hi -

We are lucky in that we get some feedback on our
documentation from customers, but I'm not always sure
how to address the feedback.

For example, we get feedback that we need "complete
documentation." In your mind, what does that mean?

Cover every feature in "sufficient" depth? We also
get complaints that people can't find information.

Accuracy I understand better, but again, it's hard to
address how to be more accurate.

What is complete and accurate documentation to you?
