Thanks to all who replied (and sorry for starting an apparently "lively" discussion ;-)).

I'm going for answer [C] and I should have checked the Microsoft Style Guide (MSTP) more carefully. One of the examples they give is:

*1* Select the text you want to move or copy.

*2* Do one of the following:

* To move the selection, click the *Cut* button on the toolbar.
* To copy the selection, click the *Copy* button on the toolbar.

*3* Position the insertion point in the new location, and then click *Paste*.


Hence: To expand the folder, click the plus sign.
