Beth's right. He's a bully. Be calm and firm, and look him directly in the
eye...with (as I told someone else in the same situation) that slight smile
on your face (which will really upset him. Maybe he'll pass out).
The reason he acts like a fool is because no one stands up to him. Your
quiet, but firm, stand will make him squirm, and maybe he'll soon leave you
alone because you are no longer a challenge. His being afraid of the female
"rival" manager tells me he's probably intimidated by her.
Start documenting his abuses. If you are eventually fired (before you find
