At least you got a month's notice. Many of us have been laid off with much
less (as in, none at all).

There are a lot of discussions in the archives, and articles on the Techwr-l
site itself, about how to find a new job. My favorite is the "T-letter"
article. Check it out.

Start looking now. Get a good resume on Monster, Dice, or whatever is good
in your area. Employment opportunities are much better now than they were
just a few years ago.

You don't say where you are. If you are in the Seattle area, drop me a
line. I know some good local resources.
