RoboHelp to do list customization

Is there a way to add my own items to the Topic Properties to do list?

As well,  can I also modify the Status list items ("In Progress", etc.)?

What I'm looking for is a finer degree of topic classification, like "First 
revision", "Second revision" and so on. "In Progress" seems to cover too 
much ground.
