W. Kelly Oja <judbasiner -at- gmail -dot- com> realated, 'Reminds me of a time a while back when I was explaining to a relative about
my degree field. After telling him that the BS was in the Dept. of Rhetoric, he said, "So, you're going to be getting a BS in BS right?"'

Nah, that'd be my undergrad degree: BS in Liberal Arts.

Recipe for a BSLA:

2 years General Education
1 semester Engineering
1 semester Literature
3 1/2 years US Marine Corps (Arabic Linguist flavor)

Blend ingredients and add vocational skills to taste.

Now you know why I needed a Master's to get a 'real' job.
