Off the top of my head a couple of suggestions (from serious to silly):

Relay - from your description it seems this bit "relays" messages back
to the Admin

Crier - this bit sends messages that "cry" for attention from the admin

Mabel - play on the old "Ma Bell" ad campaign of the pre-breakup AT&T
that encouraged everyone to "reach out and touch someone"
