I tried the TCP/IP and, after most of the first chapter, was so annoyed
by the insipid writing style that I put it down and never returned. Now,
I _like_ a breezy style in writing, but found Joe Burns' method of
describing JavaScript to be much more entertaining than the TCP/IP
Dummies volume I attempted to endure. If Joe were to write a Dummies
book, or if all Dummies authors were to follow Joe's style, I'd be game.
(You can deduce from this that I'd recommend anything Joe writes.)
