The top page of the CHM file begins:

Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications,
Version 3.0
Introduction to Version 3.0
This revised version of the Microsoft Manual of Style
for Technical Publications (MSTP)...

I believe ya, Bill, but they should have indicated *somewhere* that it's
Version 3 of Edition 2.

But in any case, why wouldn't they publish Edition 3 as a CHM?
