RE: Frame table Ruling - color

Paul,

To make global changes for a table style:
Click in a table, then select Table > Table Designer. There is a Ruling
tab there.

To make changes for just one table:
Highlight the rows or columns that you want to change the ruling for.
Then select Table > Custom Ruling and Shading.
