Good morning,

I'm a student in a technical writing certificate program (online) through Brooklyn University. One of my assignments is to interview a technical writer. If any of you can spare 15-20 minutes to answer some questions by e-mail, I'd greatly appreciate it! I'll keep it as brief as possible.
