Re: Sentence case or Title Case
I agree with the reasons given so far for sentence case. Most people can
remember to capitalize the first word and any proper nouns. Anything
else will end up with different results from different people.
Regarding consistency, our style guide rule is to cap the
first letter of the first word, and the first letter of all
other words except conjunctions, articles, prepositions of
fewer than four letters, and the “to” in infinitives.
