Actually, I _don't_ have to. I often use SnagIt to grab a piece of the
screen that I'm documenting: in this case, a lengthy drop-down. (The screen
capture is for my use only and it doesn't go into the end-user doc.) But I
couldn't get it to work with this drop-down. And the more I tried, the more
I decided that I _had_ to figure it out, not necessarily for this procedure,
but so that I'd know how. It became a puzzle that had to be answered!
