Hi Owen,

I installed a company wiki to solve my information accessibility
problems, but it lends itself very easily to this sort of
application. I have an overview of each project/task I am working on
with links to any documents and, it being a wiki,
everyone in the company has the ability to edit the pages.

I use dokuwiki because it doesn't need a database engine, and the flat
file structure allows me to simply copy files
in and out as I wish.
