Try not to ask "Where do you see yourself in x years?" question.

Yeah, I don't like the question either, but I've found answers that work for me. I gravitate to software startups, so my usual answer is, "still working here, if the company's still around." Or I turn it around and ask, "where do you think this company will be in 5 years?"
