I've thought that before, too. That probably is the reason behind hiding
the TOC in a magazine. But what advertisers don't know is that I'm
actually LESS likely to buy the products that were advertised if a
situation irritated me enough. I associate the ads I see with the
irritation that I feel. Not quite what they intend to have happen, is
it? :-)
