You mean something like you own cries of "You must worship
Yourdon/Markos/Horn!"?
If you discussed techniques and approaches instead of preaching like a
rabid tv evangelist, you might get a little more respect. But then again
to have people respect your approach/technique also means you have to
respect others.
In you diatribe against all other techwriters and the non-existence of any
other worthy approach or description there-of, how do explain DITA? That's
an entire documenting strategy based on modules. Other methods of creating
and managing the modules/chunks exist as well.
Now, to get to the modules we may not draw pretty diagrams that are up to
your standards, and we may not use a trademarked name for some of our
processes, but our approaches seem to work none-the-less.
