With our open source customers, yes. I think they understand it better or just
feel there is no benefit to smudging and covering the c--p. Customers will
discover this anyway and declaring the truth enables them to say, "But we
told you so?" The policy is more one of, if there's a problem lets
acknowledge it and advertise it so that perhaps somebody may be made aware
and get the itch to fix it.
From a writing perspective the change I see that life is more direct. If
theres a bug, we call it such, not a feature.
With open source it's a case of, like it or improve it. If you are not willing
to do either, then we will consider fixing it, but don't hold your breath.
