Because you're creating bookmarks for the pgfs _on_that_page_ that
contain the table caption links.
In the book window, select all the files, and then select Format >
Document > PDF Setup. In the dialog's Bookmarks tab, look in the Include
Paragraphs list for a pgf name with an LOT suffix. If, for instance,
your table captions are in TableCaption pgfs, look for the
TableCaptionLOT pgf. Move it to the Don't Include list and click Set.
If for some reason, you want bookmarks for the actual table captions
(this is not usually done, in my experience), then put the actual table
caption pgfs (TableCaption, for example) in the Include list. Note,
however, that the bookmarks are like a TOC, in document order. So those
bookmarks will appear in the bookmark list at the relative positions
where the table captions occur.
